Leather Care Guide
To clean your leather bag:
Dampen a cloth with water, wring it out well and gently wipe the leather. Make sure not to saturate the leather. Let the leather dry completely before applying any conditioning products.
To condition your leather bag:
Apply our all natural Cuddigan Leather Conditioner specifically made for the type of leather you have. This helps keep the leather supple and prevents it from drying out and cracking. Apply the leather lotion to a clean soft cloth and rub gently into the leather. Let dry for an hour and buff the leather with another clean cloth or a bristled leather brush. We recommend conditioning your leather goods every 3-6 months.
Protecting your leather goods:
Store your leather goods in a cool, dry area. Keep leather away from direct sunlight and sources of heat to prevent drying or fading. Also, avoid getting it wet. If your leather does get wet, allow it to air dry naturally. Never use harsh chemicals or cleaners on leather. Regular maintenance and proper care will help preserve the quality and appearance of your leather items for years to come.
